Ciara Amir, “Queen of Brows” is a Certified Medical Micropigmentologis and Aesthetician of ILLume Brows. Ciara is an accomplished beauty entrepreneur who graduated from the University of Oklahoma, a licensed aesthetician, and certified medical micropigmentologist. She began her career as a makeup artist in 2010 and amassed high-profile clients such as Alfre Woodard, Kevin Durant, Serge Ibaka, BBVA Compass, and American Family Insurance to name a few. Ciara’s work has been featured on a multitude of networks such as ABC, NBC, CNN, LifeTime, NBA First Take, BET, and ESPN.
After nearly a decade of commercial and bridal makeup, Ciara decided to shift her focus to permanent cosmetics in 2017. Ciara completed all Oklahoma state required courses and licensure requirements. She then went on to train with the industry’s top authorities such as Kristina Melnicenco, Browdaddy, Browz-N-Beauty, Face Armor, Permanent Beauty by LiLi, and PhiBrows.
Her formal training in aesthetics and experience in cosmetics allows to her comfortably work with a wide variety of skin types, textures, and tones. Ciara’s background in cosmetics also allows her to masterfully mix colors for everyone’s needs. In addition, she uses her aesthetics experience to maintain the integrity and health of her client’s skin.
