Prince Mason also know as "Chef Prince from Spencer" and "Chef Prince" is a culinary connoisseur with more than a decade of experience. After completing formal training at the Culinary Institute of Platt, he explored various savory opportunities and eventually settled into a fulfilling career at Metro Technology Centers. He leverages this position to educate aspiring culinary masterminds and mentor local pupils. Although his first passion is teaching and mentoring youths, the culinary world has provided Chef Prince various opportunities.
In 2014, Chef Prince was featured on Food Network’s Restaurant Impossible. Little did he know his remark “it’s a party in my mouth” would become a viral sensation. The chef sought to create similar experiences for clients. From catering events to private cooking lessons Chef Prince specializes in Caribbean cuisine, southern comfort food, tex-mex, and Cajun cuisine.
